To qualify for the Free Gift, a customer must purchase a BaseCharge 1500 or BaseCharge 600 during the promotional window. For the purchase of a BaseCharge 1500, a customer can receive a FirePit+ at no extra charge. For the purchase of a BaseCharge 600, a customer can receive a AlpenGlow 500 at no extra charge.To activate the discount, a customer must follow the link in the email sent to them on September 6 and manually add the qualifying gift to their cart using the "Free Gift" module under the "Add To Cart" button. Customers must keep the BaseCharge 600/1500 through BioLite's standard 30-day return period to retain the Free Gift. Beyond that 30-day period, returns will not be accepted on BaseCharge or Free Gift (except in cases of warranty claims). If a customer elects to return their BaseCharge within this 30-day period, the product must be unused and unopened. Your BaseCharge return will be processed, and you will have two options regarding your Free Gift.
